BARSC Mission Statement

BARSC aims to encourage racers of all ages into international skiing at a high level of competence and professionalism.

BARSC hopes to provide constant help and support to affiliated clubs and their members who compete annually on snow.

Our overreaching goal is to promote British ski racing across the world.

Lions Ski Club

Lions Ski ClubLIONS SKI CLUB was formed in 1976 by a group of parents wanting to encourage their children to ski, and from there they have grown to be a club which caters for all ages and standards of skiers through Yorkshire. They now have over 1300 members.

Several Lions members have had success at National and International levels in the England and British Teams, one representing Great Britain at the Olympics.
Race camps are organised and run during the winter months in Gressoney, Italy and at various resorts following the race calendar.

A summer race camp is also run at Snozone, Castleford.
